QUALITY OF LIFE NEPAL is a small organization which relies on foreign support. Funds are raised in Belgium by QUALITY OF LIFE BELGIUM (QOLB). This organization is the joint-venture of GLOBAL CHILD WELFARE (founded in 1997 by Sabine Molemans and Marc Forceville) and QUALITY OF LIFE WORLD (founded in 2000 by Ludo Verstraete).
