QUALITY OF LIFE NEPAL is een kleine organisatie, afhankelijk van buitenlandse steun.
Vanuit België worden fondsen ingezameld door QUALITY OF LIFE BELGIUM (QOLB). Deze organisatie is de samensmelting van GLOBAL CHILD WELFARE (in 1997 opgericht door Sabine Molemans en Marc Forceville) en QUALITY OF LIFE WORLD (in 2000 opgericht door Ludo Verstraete).
