By filling in this form you agree with the fact that your contribution will not be given directly to your sponsored child. An average of 50% of the sponsoring amount will be used to enable the child to attend school, to use the medical centre and the day nursery. The remaining 50% will be used to finance the day nursery.
Your private information will be recorded in the data bank of Quality of Life Nepal with the purpose of keeping you informed about your sponsored child and the activities of these
NGOs. The law concerning the safety of privacy gives you the right to check your personal information, correct mistakes or to delete your record from our database.
